Are you Vatta, Pitta or Kapha?

Vatta Doshas are usually thin in appearance, they gain weight easily and may experience low energy. They may have difficulty falling asleep, digestive issues, constipation, cramps and PMS.

Foods which are beneficial to Vattas should be warm, salty, sour or sweet tasting.

Pitta Doshas are medium sized, well proportioned, possessing physical energy and stamina. They are intelligent and sharp witted. They have strong digestion however tixic emotions , intolerance and hatred may cause imbalances.

Pittas benefit from activities such as yoga and meditation. Foods should be cool to warm, bitter, sweet or asringent in taste.

Kapha Dosahas have stron body frames. They have physical strength and are usually calm and afffectionate. Kapha imbalances may manifest in the form of allergies, colds and asthma.

Kaphas need to remain consistent regarding their
