Keeping Healthy During The Intensity of High Temps.

During hot weather always remember water is your friend; hydrate, swim and gravitate to places such as the beach, rivers and lakes to feel cooler.

Wear light colored clothing and make hats and sunglasses part of your dressing ritual.

When partaking in outdoor chores or exercises either do them in the early am hours or after sundown in order to prevent heat stroke.

Keep meals light, making fruits, and vegetables part of your daily routine. Frozen drinks, iced coffees and teas work wonders with regard to keeping the body temperature regulated.
