Title: Pain in right foot between big toe and second toe. Varicose veins.
History: Healthy, normal work schedule, blood pressure normal. Married with four children.
Patient Age: 58 years old
Patient Sex: Female
Case Presentation: Patient presented with chronic pain in right foot. Area around big toe and second toe appeared to be inflamed. Both legs were beginning to exhibit signs of varicose veins.
Varicose veins was indicative of colon or digestive issues therefore a colon cleanse was recommended.
Recommendations: Prune Juice daily. Dandelion Tea for liver detoxification. Calcium-Magnesium liquid supplement, black cohosh and a multivitamin.
Patient History: Patient had injured right foot a few months prior playing soccer. The discomfort was causing emotional stress and she was also experiencing menopausal symptoms. Lack of frequent bowel movement. Blood Pressure normal.
Management and Outcome: A bone density test proved the patient had the early signs of osteoporosis. After approximately three weeks of treatment the colon cleanse made the patient feel less sluggish. Drinking the dandelion tea and using the rosemary salve made the signs of the varicose veins less visible. The cal-mag supplement had soothed the patient’s nervous system which created less discomfort in the right foot.
Patient was referred to a Podiatrist to be fitted for orthotics so there would be less pressure on right foot when walking.
Type Of outcome: After 6 months patient experienced a marked improvement in pain levels. The congestion in her colon was causing fatigue and emotional stress. Detoxifying made her feel more energized. Menopausal symptoms also decreased.
Patient’s level of health went from a 1-9.
