Title: Diabetes and vision issues.
History: Blood Pressure normal, good health, travels frequently for work. Married and currently dealing with family, work and professional stresses. Hand injury several years ago.
Patient Sex: Male
Patient’s Age: 60 Years old
Diagnosis: Hypoglycemic and fatigued. Type II diabetes, adult onset, Non-insulin.
Therapy Suggested: Bilberry for vision concerns. Ginko Biloba and Fenugreek Seeds to regulate hypoglycemic/diabetic symptoms. Multivitamin for fatigue and Vitamin E. Cinnamon supplements to keep diabetes symptoms under control.
Dietary Recommendations: Increase fiber, beans and peas. No soda. Decrease red meat intake. Replace red meat with fish, salmon or cod fish. Moringa tea daily.
Lifestyle Changes: Reduce stress, increase meditation and practice chi lel qi gong exercises.
Referred to a Opthamologist
Patient History: Good health except for hand injury a few years ago.
Case Presentation: Patient presented with dizzy spells, fatigue, insatiable thirst, vision and bladder issues.
Management & Outcome: Test were performed on adrenal glands and pancreas. Blood Glucose levels were also checked. Level was 150 early in the morning. Client placed on special diet, vitamin supplementation and a stress management regiment. After 3 weeks blood glucose levels were regulated, patient was sleeping better. Opthamologist confirmed cataracts were developing. Cineraria Maritima, a homeopathic remedy was suggested to prevent further developments of cataracts.
Type Of Outcome: After three months bladder issues cleared up and patient felt more in control of diabetes symptoms. On a scale of 1-10 , the patient went from a 4 to almost attaining wellness at a 9.
