Hummus is a middle eastern dip which is made from mashed chick peas and other beans. Tahini, olive oil, lemon juice salt and garlic are also added to give it a distinct flavor. Although hummus is a tasty snack to have with crackers or bread, it also possesses tremendous health benefits.
