Vitamin K2 stimulates growth of teeth beneath the enamel and improves dental health. It is very effective in treating thyroid issues as it prevents hypothyroidism and also averts breast cancer.
Diabetics who opt to take K2 in order to prevent cardiovascular disease should do so mindfully and under the care of a physician since their blood sugar levels have to be monitored closely while on the vitamin.
